This is several weeks old but it is still amazing to see the direction the web is going. This works best with Google Chrome. It is a great browser so download it if you haven’t yet, if only to try out the Arcade Fire’s experiment.
The Wilderness Downtown is an awesome display of the capabilities of HTML5. It combines the power of HTML5 with the music of the new Arcade Fire song “We Used to Wait”. Using the street views and maps collected by Google to create a beautiful personalized music video.
